It would get to the point where a game that normally lasts 40 minutes would last 4 hours, and it would often come down to who had to leave first.Aftera ton of experimenting, here is the fix that finally worked for me: Reset Windows Firewall to defaults. Fully uninstall and reinstall AoE4. If your lag is on US West, switch to US East. When East starts being bitchy, switch back to West. Repeat as necessary.
