For norn, you can make the surname end in -son or -dottir. You could search for names of norse gods or scandinavian surnames for inspiration. For charr, you can use a warband name or Latin. For asura, add titles like "Professor" or "Doctor". For sylvari, search the origin of those names, and find the celtic equivalent.
